| SAME DAY REPORT DELIVERY Agents and home buyers share the same interest: Get the inspection report as soon as possible. Time is critical. My inspection report is e-mailed or delivered the same day. DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS Agents and home buyers expect pictures to clarify the report. Your report will include digital photographs to illustrate areas of concern. PERSONAL CONSULTATION At the end of the inspection, I provide a review of important issues in your home. While many items are listed, the most critical findings are discussed in detail so that you will not be surprised by an unexpected repair bill.
